“I had what I thought was a small job, however upon inspection, it was not. The only front brick step to a concrete landing pad had gradually sunk tilting severely forward making it especially dangerous during winter. The brick step had to be removed, a footer poured (that was never originally installed) and rebrick the step. Karbella replied the same afternoon when I inquired about contractors. I had the estimate in 2 days. The work was done within the quoted time period, and the work turned out great without any typical contractor problems. Also Karbella was the only company out of four which I contact that even returned my inquiry, not to mention it was that same Sunday afternoon.
